Cousins (1946)
Ann Cousins is an amazing peony with large petals and filled, bowl shaped flowers. Deliciously scented and colored in white with a hint of cream. The huge flattened round bud show beautifully at the auction stage. The peony flowers very late and comes up when the Sarah has been cut long before. Ann Cousins should be cut at the right stage, otherwise the flowers won’t come open. This peony is not suitable for every cut flower grower, but for an experienced one Ann Cousins is a very profitable investment.
