Paeonia Lactiflora Shawnee Chief

Pioenroos Lactiflora Shawnee Chief

Bigger (1940)

Peonies in the midseason with very dark foliage which looks like a better Felix Crousse. Beautiful double, but not to big, purple red coloured and fragrant flowers. Shawnee Chief has an excellent use for cut flower production as well for landscaping in gardens and city parks all over the world. Every year older the plant gives more and more flowers. In Holland you can find the best conditions for nursing Peonies, Pfingsterrosen or Pivoines.
