Julia Rose is a very special Itoh hybrid, with semi double flowers. Because the colors change from dark salmon orange to light orange with pink and red stripes. This beautiful color isn’t often seen at the peony group, for the reason that it is only possible with Intersectional Peonies. Plants which grow longer give more and fuller flowers every year. They also bloom with different colors on the same plant. Partly by the softly scented flowers, up to 17 cm in size, Julia Rose is recommended for gardens and parks all over the world. Julia Rose is also after the bloom period, in the midseason a welcome decoration in your garden or park. This because the green foliage changes into beautiful Indian Summer colors in the late fall.
