Morning Lilac is a special lilac purple, half filled Itoh hybrid with a slightly darker heart. You don’t see this beautiful color very often at peonies, because this is only possible with Intersectionals. Therefore, this is one of the nicest Intersectionals. Morning Lilac gives much flowers in the midlate season. When this peony grow longer it will produce more and fuller flowers every year. The flowers from Morning Lilac scent softly and grow up to 20 cm in size. Morning Lilac is also after the bloom period until the upcoming frost in the late autumn a welcome decoration in your garden or park. The dark grey green foliage changes into beautiful Indian summer colors in the late fall.
